I've been memorizing brain structure, reading "The Quest for Consciousness" by Koch, and watching his online lectures. I've been teaching all week so that really cuts into my study time.

Shell Oil Company
Computer Coordinator for Marine, Shell Pipeline, Shell Oil Engineering and Shell Oil Head Office staff.
• Responsibilities involved planning, purchase, project coordination, training coordination, and installation and repair supervision of personal computers.
• Planning duties involved researching the computers available from the market balancing price, features and integration with existing and future systems. Purchasing involved assisting management heads in developing realistic goals for IT budgets, initiating and tracking Purchase Orders from initial release to year-end budget closeout, receiving, inventory and distribution of hardware.
• Project coordination involved negotiating the departmental needs of my customers with the software applications currently being developed by my fellow Information Technology members, and facilitating communication between the end-users and the developmental staff.
• Training coordinator duties involved researching the future and current software needs of my customers, matching the needs to the training method that was efficient in both time and expense, and coordinating the trainers and facilities.
• As helpdesk supervisor, I was directly responsible for coordinating and managing the installation and repair of hardware and software by the technical staff.
